Refund policy
Damaged or Faulty Goods – Replace or Refund
Any visible damage to a delivered product must be reported to Better Water Better You
within 7 days of the issue. If after speaking with our Customer Service Team, the
damage or defect is deemed to be covered under warranty, Better Water Better You will
either:
a) arrange a replacement product, and will organise return of the damaged or faulty
product at no additional cost to the customer
b) or, will organise return of the damaged or faulty product at no additional cost to the
customer, and upon verification of the damage and defect, provide a full refund.
