Do I need a plumber to install the Quantum Benchtop System?

No. The Quantum Benchtop System is designed for simple DIY installation. It connects to your existing tap using the supplied diverter valve and can typically be installed in just a few minutes with no tools or plumbing required.

What does the Quantum Cartridge help reduce?

The Quantum Hi-Tech Optimiser Cartridge uses advanced submicron triple-action carbon block technology to help reduce chlorine, unpleasant taste and odour, sediment, lead, PFAS and many other common contaminants found in Australian drinking water. Refer to the product specifications for full reduction details.

How often do I need to replace the cartridge?

For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the Quantum Cartridge every 12 months or 1,892 litres, whichever comes first. Replacement cartridges can be purchased separately and are quick and easy to change using the twist-and-click design.
